Vendors, decorated trunks, community organizations, donors and volunteers — open your own participant page to see your status, your assigned space and setup instructions, and to update your details. Saturday, October 31, 2026, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

We email your private participant page link instead of using a password. For your privacy we send the same reply whether or not an address is registered.

What you can do in the portal

  • See your review status and confirm you're still coming.
  • See your assigned space, zone and arrival window once the event team publishes them.
  • Read your setup instructions, parking, safety rules and day-of contact.
  • Update your phone number, day-of contact, what you're bringing and how much you're donating.
  • Show your check-in code on event day, or cancel so your space goes to someone waiting.

Backpacks & Boos is a free community event. Participation is never conditioned on supporting, voting for, donating to or volunteering for a political candidate.
