Artificial Intelligence
Help students understand AI responsibly and prepare them for the emerging careers shaping every industry.
Flagship Initiative
Every student deserves the opportunity to graduate with real-world experience, career-ready skills, leadership opportunities, and confidence for college, skilled trades, entrepreneurship, military service, or today's technology workforce.

Why This Matters
Artificial Intelligence, technology, skilled trades, and entrepreneurship are transforming our economy. Pontiac students deserve opportunities to learn the skills employers are looking for while they are still in school.
As someone who has mentored students through hands-on technology and workforce development projects, I have seen firsthand how project-based learning builds confidence, leadership, creativity, teamwork, and career readiness.
I believe our schools should continue expanding opportunities that connect classroom learning with real-world experiences — so every graduate leaves prepared for what comes next.
My Vision
Six pillars that guide how I will advocate for Pontiac students on the school board.
Help students understand AI responsibly and prepare them for the emerging careers shaping every industry.
Introduce software development, website creation, cybersecurity awareness, and everyday digital literacy.
Expand internships, apprenticeships, industry certifications, and hands-on career exploration.
Teach students how to solve problems, launch ideas, and become confident community leaders.
Develop communication, teamwork, professionalism, and public service skills across every classroom.
Strengthen collaboration between schools, businesses, nonprofits, colleges, and skilled trades.
A Proven Learning Model
Through my work mentoring students in a hands-on AI & Technology Academy model, I have seen students gain confidence by designing websites, developing applications, exploring artificial intelligence, working with clients, presenting projects, and solving real-world problems.
These experiences reinforce my belief that project-based education and strong community partnerships help prepare students for lifelong success — and they are the kind of opportunities I want to help expand throughout Pontiac schools.
