The initiative covers the district's 0100-series governance policies: how the Board governs, how it receives information, how it verifies what it is told, and how the public participates.

  • Listen where the people are. Govern where the law requires.

The master initiative document is the source of truth for the substantive proposed policy language. Every proposal page reproduces that wording exactly under “Full proposed language — view original language.” Plain-language text on this site is clearly labelled as a summary and never replaces the original.

Review classifications

What green, yellow and red mean

Each proposal carries a working review classification that signals how much additional review it needs before it could realistically be considered.
